At a Grace PLACE, we provide daytime heath services and support for adults with disabilities and chronic and/or age-related conditions, while providing respite and support for their caregivers. Our center is open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Friday following, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day). To support the many needs of our diverse population, we provide four program models for our members.
